What is my work format and what do I offer
Coaching
You are probably asking yourself such questions as “What is the meaning of life?”, “How to make my dream come true?”, “How to be happy?”, “Where and how can I realize myself?”, “What prevents me from succeeding?”…
Usually, we can’t give an answer to this kind of question for various reasons: some people are “lost” in life, where the other are lacking in self-confidence or motivation, and some of us don’t know where to start.
This is where the coach comes into play, her role is to be a guide on the way to your changes and building a new model of behavior.
Coach is not an adviser or a realizer of your needs. On the contrary, coach helps you to choose the right path and not astray from it, to draw your attention to those moments that are difficult to see by yourself. Coach is your inspirer with an unconditional attitude, lack of criticism and acceptance of you the way you are, coach will not stop believing in you and will reveal the best facets of you.
Core stages of achieving the goal in the coaching process:
- Awareness – we are talking about awareness of the problem as such, as well as exploring conscious and unconscious ways of our interaction with the world.
- Acceptance of the situation, your feelings and emotions in relation to it.
- Choice – we are exploring the possibilities of change, creating new neural connections, with the help of which the irrational way of thinking and behavior changes to rational.
- Action – is the most important and exciting stage. This is the result of awareness, acceptance and choice.
All answers to the above questions are within the person. Each of us has a sufficient amount of resources to overcome various kinds of obstacles and achieve goals. Coach helps you to take a closer look inside yourself and to find all the hints, get rid of internal false beliefs, look fear into the eyes and harmonize your inner world.
Coaching is different from the psychotherapy, psychiatry and counselling. It is important to clearly formulate your request and find a specialist who could help you as efficiently as possible.
Coaching inspires you to become the best version of Yourself!
Counselling
Counselling, the same way as coaching, is a path to your authentic Self and this path is more in-depth. During counselling, you will be able to explore various aspects of your feelings and experience. Why is it more in-depth? – counselling gives you an opportunity to learn yourself better, do discover your capabilities and hidden resources.
Counsellor helps you in every possible way, accepting all your advantages and disadvantages, carefully listening to your experiences, and showing the opportunities that you’ve never discovered before.
In a safe and welcoming environment, you can express such complex feelings and emotions as anger, rage, fear and resistance. You are free to be yourself and trust the process.
The aim of counselling is to help you consider the life situation from the different perspective, not under the prism of false beliefs that have formed throughout your life, and to develop new behavioural strategies.
In the process of counselling, we examine those parts of your life that are difficult to be in on your own, but which, at the same time, have greatly influenced you and unconsciously interfere with the present. These parts will show us why you react to certain situations with behaviour that does not lead to the desired results.
In order to make the process of counselling more understandable for the client, I use scientifically based approaches of psychology:
- CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy)
- REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy)
- Schema-therapy
- BEPP (Brief Eclectic Psychotherapy for PTSD)
- Transactional analysis
- Etc.
Applying these approaches, counselling is also considered as a learning process. Using the techniques of the above approaches, the counsellor teaches the client how to independently overcome life’s difficulties. Thus, the client is equipped with tools and resources that he can use, if necessary.
By exploring yourself, you discover new resources, find a balance and become more flexible in relation to yourself and the world.
